Welcome to the Guelph Ringette Association (GRA) on-line registration process.
There are 3 easy steps to player registration and regardless of how you choose to pay for the fees, all players must register on-line through the registration portal.

-Registration will close as of September 18, 2017;
-Players who are transferring from another association MUST submit a Player Release Form from their home association and follow the protocol as set out by Ontario Ringette Association (not applicable to OPEN age level).
-Visa or Mastercard are no longer accepted. Payment must be made via cheque, payable to Guelph Ringette Association, P.O Box 13, Guelph, ON. N1H 6J6, or via E-Transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
-Registration is not considered complete until full payment (including postdated Fundraising Deposit) is received by the registrar;
-For safety and insurance purposes, registrants are not allowed to participate on the ice until registration is complete and payment has been made;
-Provincial rep teams (U12P, A, AA athletes) will have additional fees as outlined by each designated team;
-The fundraising fee and additional team/rep fees are non-refundable and do not qualify for the Child Tax Credit.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
Refunds will be provided for the following:
-Player withdraws on or prior to September 18, 2017 (less a $25 administration fee);
-Players cannot be accommodated on ANY GRA team (due to team capacity).
Registrants are NOT eligible for a refund if:
-Player withdraws after September 18, 2017;
-Player is offered a position on a team that is not at their division/level/preference and subsequently withdraws after registration closing date.
An NSF fee of $25 will apply to all payments returned for non-sufficient funds. GRA reserves the right to refuse payment via personal cheque in cases where an NSF has occurred twice in the past five years or in cases where an NSF incident was not immediately rectified following a request to do so.

If you already have a player in Ringette, and you refer a new family/friend to the GRA who registers as a team player, you will receive a $100 referral payment as a thank-you.
This referral rebate DOES NOT apply to new registrants in the Learn-to-Skate program or siblings and individuals in the same family.
Please mention WHO referred you to the GRA in the applicable field once you enter the the Registration Form.
